Duties & Responsibiliti

• tes.Conduct interviews, manage candidate assessments, and coordinate with hiring manag
• ers.Facilitate new employee onboarding, including orientation, paperwork, letters, and integration into the company cult
ure.2) HR Proces
• ses:Administer employee benefits, attendance, and performance management syst
• ems.Maintain accurate employee records and handle HR documentat
• ion.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company polic
ies.3) Employee Engagem
• ent:Develop and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement and satisfact
• ion.Address employee concerns, mediate conflicts, and provide support for career developm
ent.4) Administrat
• ion:Handle day-to-day administrative tasks related to HR and general office operati
• ons.Maintain HR databases, prepare reports, and assist with audits as nee
• ded.Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operati

Qualificat
• ions:Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related f
• ield.Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, with a strong focus on recruitment, HR processes, and employee engage

• ills.Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office S
• uite.Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and professiona
lism.
Preferred S
• kills:Experience with HRIS (Spine HRIS experience is an advan
