1. Recruitment and selection of the right kind of candidate
2. Joining and exit formalities
3. Payroll Management
4. Training and development of the new joiners and their induction program
5. Attendance records and MIS management system
6. Leave Management system
7. Introduce the latest policy in the Organization as and when implemented
8. External support to the Business clients in case of employee grievances.
+. Ensure Biometric attendance records are captured
10. The statutory compliances are met and PF and ESI are filed before the 15 th of every month.
Qualification: MBA – HR and Marketing ( Male / Female )
Experience – 3 to 5 yrs.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹18,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
