Job Summary:
We are seeking an HR Analyst with AI Talent Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will leverage AI tools to enhance our recruitment process, ensuring the identification of high-quality profiles based on cost, cross-skills, efficiency, and track record. This role is pivotal in streamlining our hiring process by utilizing AI-driven searches and data from various sources, including LinkedIn, to identify top talent. As we aim to infuse fresh blood into our organization, we are looking for someone with a keen eye for emerging talent and the ability to produce results within a predictive timeline.
Key Responsibilities:
1) AI-Driven Talent Search:
• Utilize AI tools to conduct comprehensive searches for available profiles.
• Analyse track records of candidates from LinkedIn and other relevant sources.
• Identify candidates who meet the criteria of cost, cross-skills, efficiency, and proven track record.
2) Profile Analysis and Shortlisting:
• Evaluate and shortlist profiles based on AI-generated insights and data analysis.
• Ensure a diverse and high-quality talent pool for each job position.
3) Collaboration with HR/Recruitment Teams:
• Work closely with HR and recruitment heads to understand job requirements and ideal candidate profiles.
• Provide AI-based recommendations and insights to refine the recruitment strategy.
4) Efficient Recruitment Process:
• Streamline the recruitment process using AI tools to predict and meet hiring timelines.
• Ensure a seamless and efficient hiring process, reducing time-to-hire.
5) Talent Pool Development:
• Build and maintain a database of high-potential candidates for future openings.
• Continuously update the talent pool based on emerging trends and data.
6) Reporting and Analysis:
• Generate reports on recruitment metrics and the effectiveness of AI tools.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in the recruitment process.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in using AI tools for recruitment.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and other professional networking sites.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
