Description
As a reliable and dependable HR and Admin Executive, you are expected to support the day-to-day activities pertaining to HR management and admin duties. You would be required to process employee data, update company policies, assist in hiring process and manage admin related responsibilities. Your role will involve managing human resources issues, rules and regulations, handling grievances and manage recruitment process. You would be required to act as point of contact among executives, external partners and customers, coordinate executive communications and manage executives’ meetings and events. Your role will involve managing everyday operations, maintain corporate documents, organize file system and correspond with vendors and customers. In doing so, you would be expected to be well-organized and self-motivated professional with great time management skills.
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualifications: Graduation / Post-Graduation in HR Management
Experience: 3 to 5 Years
Skills Required
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software
High solace level in working with people from diverse backgrounds.
Proficient in Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS)
Ability to handle critical conversations with employees while maintaining a high level of social sensitivity and fairness.
Ability to facilitate cross functional or disparate groups towards a single goal
Strong organizational and analytical skills
High self-confidence with the ability to present concepts to teams and handle critical feedback.
High level of responsiveness and customer orientation in interaction.
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
Strong human resources management and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities and Duties
Maintaining physical and digital personnel records like employment contracts
Update internal databases with new hiring information
Create and distribute guidelines and FAQ documents about company policies
Schedule prospective candidate’s job interviews and be a point of contact as required
Develop training and onboarding material
Publish and remove job ads on different platforms like job boards and careers pages
Manage internal and external communication- memos, emails, presentations, reports, follow ups, reminders, etc.
Schedule meetings and appointments and manage travel itineraries
Organize and maintain an office filing system of paper and electronic documents
Manage office routine admin activities
Respond to inquiries of employees and address their grievances
Manage and maintain day-to-day running of office activities

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
