Designation: HR & Admin Executive

Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Experience in hiring employees (Talent Acquisition).
Vendor/consultants coordination for the same
Induction, joining & exit formalities (FNF Document), appointment letter, appraisal letter, Experience letter, relieving letter.
Implementing HR Policies & compliance. IR , labour laws & compliance handling
Employee grievances handling/employee welfare.
Timely updating various policies. Acts & adhering strictly to the Labour laws
Attendance management.
Payroll management.
Disciplinary actions, Training & development, grooming of manpower.
HR Audits.
Recruitment for entry level positions
Should be good with excel skills, & have exposure in handling HR MIS.
Eligibility Criteria :

Good communication skills.
Professional Email Drafting Skill & Well versed in English Writing/Speaking
Qualification : MBA HR/ MPM
2-3 years of experience in HR & Admin executive role in Manufacturing Industry.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
