Description
Regularly coordinates meetings and makes travel arrangements for senior management.
Within guidelines, makes independent decisions regarding planning, organizing and scheduling work.
Utilizes strong computer skills to prepare complex correspondence, reports, presentations, charts, tables and forms.
Uses discretion and judgment when screening visitors and telephone calls, scheduling appointments and organizing work load to meet established priorities.
Organizes work load to comply with deadlines and priorities, works independently to complete routine correspondence, reports and forms for review.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelors or Master’s degree in human resources, labor relations, or organizational development, or in a related discipline.
Proven HR admin or assistant experience of 5-7 years
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem solving skills Excellent written and verbal communication skill

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
