We are seeking a dynamic HR & Finance Executive who can wear multiple hats, driving people operations while managing core financial functions to support our business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources

• Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes aligned with organizational goals.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes.

• Drive employee engagement, training, and performance management initiatives.

• Handle employee relations, conflict resolution, and grievance management.

• Maintain HR records, compliance, and statutory requirements (PF, ESIC, gratuity, etc.).

• Support leadership in organizational development and culture-building.

Finance

• Manage day-to-day accounting operations including bookkeeping, vendor payments, invoicing, and payroll.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Monitor budgets, expenses, and cash flow to ensure financial health.

• Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities for compliance.

• Assist in financial planning, forecasting, and MIS reporting for management.

• Ensure compliance with all statutory financial requirements (GST, TDS, Income Tax, etc.).

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Finance, Commerce, or related fields.

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR and Finance roles (preferably in startups/tech companies).

• Strong understanding of HR policies, labor laws, and finance/accounting principles.

• Proficiency in HRMS tools, MS Excel, Tally/ERP, and financial reporting.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
