HR and Recruitment Administrator

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain employee records and HR databases.

• Assist in the recruitment and organising training, including posting job advertisements, screening applications, and coordinating interviews.

• Organize travel arrangements and accommodations for staff and candidates for projects in Europe.

• Provide administrative support to the Recruitment team and management, including preparing reports and maintaining HR systems. On and off boarding for engineering projects.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws across Europe and the UK.

Key Qualifications:

• Proven experience of 3 to 7 years as an HR Administrator or in a similar role, within the engineering Recruitment / Staffing sector.

• Proficiency in CRM and ATS software.

• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations in Europe and the UK is a plus.
