The Role
We are looking for a HR and Training Administrator to join our People team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting various HR and Training functions.
The working hours are Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm) and one half day Saturday per month.
The role:
• General HR Administration including production of offers, contracts, change letters, references etc
• Recruitment Administration including job postings, scheduling interviews, supporting with selection processes, pre-employment screening
• Onboarding planning and support for new employees
• Training Administration including booking external and internal training, maintaining training records, updating our training systems
• Monitor probationary periods and issue relevant letters
• Administration of family friendly policies
• Manage HR database and ensure data is accurate and up to date
• Support HR and Training projects
• Take minutes when required
Essentials for the Role:
• Good experience in a HR/Training Administration role
• Experience of working to deadlines with excellent attention to detail
• Good communication and relationship building skills
• Demonstrable discretion and integrity behaviours
• Experience with HR systems (preferred)
