· Manage end-to-end Recruitment process. Starting from placing of ads in job portal, Social medias like LinkedIn, Facebook
· Responsible for screening CVs, scheduling interviews, coordinating with candidates, coordinating with interview panel, negotiating salary offers
· Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
· Taking care of induction, orientation process, exit formalities
· Coordinate with bank for Salary account opening
· Maintaining current HR files and databases
· Rolling out of Offer letter, Appointment letter, Confirmation letter, increment letter, Experience letter, Relieving letter
· Record, maintaining, and monitoring attendance to ensure employee punctuality
· Leave record, incentive management
· Preparing and processing timely distribution of Salary, bonus, increment, salary slip, leave encashment and full and final settlements
· Manage monthly payroll process
· Process PF withdrawal, PF transfer
· Liasoning with PF consultant
· Oversee daily operations of the HR department
· Manage employees’ queries and grievances
· Roaster Management to ensure Staff attendance in each location
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹26,000.00 per month
