Job Description
Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.Organising interviews with shortlisted candidates.Work proactively with other team members.Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.Provide counselling on policies and procedures.Create and implement effective onboarding plans.Maintain employee records (attendance, EEO data etc.) according to policy and legal requirements.Conducting exit interviews with departing employees to gather information about why they are leaving the company and how to improve retention rates.Evaluating the company’s culture and climate to determine if any changes need to be made in order to improve employee satisfaction.
