HR Assistant/Coordinator
Job Profile: HR Coordinator Cum Assistant
Experience: 6 Months (Preferred Counselling Experience)
Job Location: Indore (M.P)
Key Responsibilities
– Find, filter, and speak with individuals to determine their suitability for different IT positions within the organization and their qualifications.
– Work together with recruiting managers to identify staffing requirements so that job descriptions and specifications can be created appropriately.
– Create efficient recruitment plans that make use of job boards, social media, professional networks, and other avenues in order to draw in top IT talent.
– To guarantee a great candidate experience, cultivate and preserve relationships with applicants through efficient communication and prompt follow-ups.
– Help with the new hires’ onboarding procedure.
-Workshops & Seminars-Organize motivational talks, mental health awareness programs, and career development seminars.
–Coordinate with the placement cell to help students with job and internship opportunities.
Requirements
– A bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, or in a similar subject. Having relevant certificates in HR administration or recruitment is advantageous.
– Demonstrated recruiting experience, ideally in the IT sector. It’s highly desirable to be familiar with IT responsibilities, technology, and trends.
– Outstanding writing and verbal communication abilities, as well as the capacity to interact productively with hiring managers and candidates.
– Excellent time-management and organizing abilities, including the capacity to prioritize work and fulfill deadlines in a hectic setting.
– Certification in Career Counseling or Student Counseling (preferred but not mandatory).
–Willingness to conduct sessions, workshops, and events.
