Job Description

Responsible for understanding overall business model, business process & software which is going to be implemented, will do the GAP Analysis & documentation, engage in business and IT discussions, will gather requirements, prepare SOWs, User training & upgrades Excellent Analytical problem solving abilities, issue resolutions and detail orientation, business and functional specifications writing, Maintain business practice and procedure in order to design, develop and maintain automated workflow process, analyze, and troubleshoot facilitating design meetings with key stakeholders. Engage in end to end implementation, functional analysis, Testing, UAT and delivery of state of art system functionality.

Detailed Responsibilities:

Ability to be active listener in vendors meeting, transforming interactions in customer needs, a building solutions from the offerings. Must have business knowledge in HR, Payroll, Benefits, Recruitment, Ecommerce POS and related processes etc. Development of new reports (like selfservice reports, cross functional reporting, data quality and validation reports) Capture customization request for functionalities, reports and addons to Develop Integrate Implement Assist with installation, configuration & Customization of the products like HRMS, ATS etc. Review functional setups & configuration and required to take corrective actions and provide support in resolving productions issues. Interaction with the technical team to customized solutions. Works with project teams and engage in project sign off process at client end. User creation and assigning roles and permission in application. Ensure troublefree daily operations with the organizations ATS and HRMS. Possesses an approachable and likable personality, who values working in collaborative work environment. Qualification MBA Experience 710 Years in HR Automation
