Role Description
We are looking for a HR - BPO to join our team in Chennai. This is a full-time on-site role. As a HR - BPO, you will be responsible for handling the end-to-end HR services for our clients operating in the BPO industry. You will play an integral role in supporting the success of our clients" businesses. through effective talent management and HR service delivery.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or related field
Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in handling HR services specific to the BPO industry
Strong understanding of HR policies and regulations
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with internal and external clients
Knowledge of HR tools and technologies
Customer-centric approach and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment,
