Purpose of the role
HRBA are responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. HRBA serve as a consultant to management on human resources-related issues. Act as an employee champion and change agent.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Play a key HR leadership role in Campus Program in partnership with functional campus recruiting team
Support the HR manager on various key functional & HR projects and partnership with stakeholder groups.
Anchor the entire Onboarding process for the function in partnership with the functional core team
Partner with HRSS Candidate Experience process
Partner with Recruitment COE
Manage IJP process management in partnership with recruiting team and HR Lead
L&D - Partner with L&D COE on site programs
Partner with HR Manager and leadership in strategy development and execution
Any other functional initiatives like Talent Branding
End to end exit management – Conducting exit interviews, data updation and analysis, providing insights for functional decision making Employee connects
Data and Insights – Monthly and need basis, Dashboard updation, Attrition and Progression analysis
HR Operations – SPOC for Payroll, FFS, shift working, monitor allowance, remote working data, distlists
Employee Query management
External Benchmarking – need basis
Workday :
Partner with Global HR BOA, follow ups and tracking, Managing Org changes, Sup org creation, movements, cost center updations etc
Data Validation – Keeping workday up to date in partnership with Managers
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Education – Full Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory).
At least 2-4 years of relevant experience, with some experience in HR Business Partnering role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational and prioritization skills with a focus on attention to detail and accuracy
Strong customer service focus
Strong technical skills with proficiency in Microsoft based applications and a willingness to learn other systems as needed
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical thinking skills – ability to prepare and analyze reports, translate data into recommendations and take appropriate action to achieve desired business results.
Ability to lead and manage projects independently.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Master’s degree in HR or related field
