Join Close Brothers HR Team as an HR Business Partner where you will work closely with the senior leadership team for the Finance & Risk business areas, to develop pragmatic people solutions that will help drive business objectives, whilst enabling employees to flourish.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Deliver an excellent HR service across the employee lifecycle, working closely with Reward, Learning and Development and Talent Acquisition.
Partner with the HR Programme Lead and senior stakeholders to design pragmatic and commercially focused people solutions that promote organisational change.
Drive people transformation activities, identify risks, ensure legal and regulatory compliance and promote improved ways of working.
Coach and advise managers on complex people matters, employee relations issues, diversity and inclusion and effective team development.
Use data and insights to inform decisions, shape priorities and boost talent, succession and engagement activity.
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring a consistent and all-encompassing HR service across the business.
Ensure all governance, compliance and regulatory tasks are met, including requirements under the Senior Managers and Certification Regime.
Developing Our People: as a line manager, you will be responsible for inspiring and motivating your team, as well as developing performance through coaching. You will encourage your team to take responsibility for their own personal development and provide support through regular feedback.
WE WOULD LOVE TO HEAR FROM YOU IF:
You have a strong knowledge of employment law and its commercial application.
Have proven experience managing transformation, transition and restructuring activity.
Are able to manage complex demands calmly, professionally and at pace.
Are comfortable working with ambiguity and can demonstrate personal resilience.
Have a good comprehension of Financial Services regulations and how they influence operating model design and outsourcing.
Are a credible partner to senior stakeholders with excellent communication skills.
Are skilled in using data and insight to promote decisions, identify themes and appreciate the wider context.
Have a strong interest in diversity and inclusion with experience delivering practical initiatives that promote an all-encompassing culture.
Have a MCIPD or FCIPD qualification or equivalent level of experience.
