Job Description:
- Responsible as the HR Business Partner (HRBP) for the Group Corporate functions for hire-to-retire (HTR) processes encompassing Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, L&D, Talent Management, Performance Management, HR labor law compliances, Offboarding etc.
- Support the People Productivity activities through Capability Building / Manpower Planning / Job Evaluation / Organization Restructuring.
- Conduct Goal Setting workshops, do Goals audit, conduct Performance Dialogue workshops, ensure deployment of both in letter & spirit.
- HR compliance management - Ensure adherence to various labor laws
- Talent Acquisition: External recruitment to raise the quality bar, Campus Recruitment from niche institutions, Evangelize & maximize IJP success, Induction, Onboarding, Delightful Experience delivery
