Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Work with senior management and the Global HR team to develop and implement HR plans and solutions.
• Lead annual review processes with a focus on performance management and talent development.
• Provide compensation support including salary planning, approval of salary actions, and promotions.
• Translate trends from engagement surveys into actionable leadership and culture insights.
• Partner with VP, Human Resources on global HR software solution implementation and rollout.
• Coach and work with people managers and leaders to proactively manage matters related to employee relations.
• Manage and implement best in class employee benefits including medical and retirement plans.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition Manager to attract and retain top talent.
• Develop effective partnerships with employees, managers and ensure the positive work environment.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or four or more years of work experience directly applicable HR experience and a most recent role in HR Business Partner function and/or an equivalent combination of advanced training and experience.
• Five or more years of relevant work experience an HR Business partner Experience in human resources.
• Ability to do multi-task, recognize trends and identify systemic approaches to solve problems.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills, business acumen, excellent project & program management skills, excellent interpersonal skills.
• Excellent project management skills.
• Experience working with employee benefit and retirement plans
