HR Business Partner - Australia
**Role Overview**
Epiroc Group is seeking a skilled HR Business Partner to join its Australian operations. This role has been created to support business growth and provide professional HR advice to operational leaders.
As a strategic partner, you will work closely with stakeholders to develop and implement HR initiatives that drive business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include:
Providing guidance on HR policies and procedures;
Supporting talent management and development initiatives;
Ensuring compliance with relevant HR legislation;
Developing and maintaining effective relationships with operational leaders;
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
To succeed in this role, you will require:
Experience in a similar generalist HR role, preferably within the resources sector;
Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach;
Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilise HR metrics to inform business decision-making;
A results-oriented outlook, along with the ability to operate autonomously in a fast-paced environment;
Tertiary qualifications in HR are preferred, although equivalent industry experience will substitute.
