Education – Graduation

The role is like an HR Business Partner, who can lead a team of 3 (One Ops person, T&D Executive and HR Executive for Junior level activities). He/She will have to focus more on people development projects and working closely with leadership team to understand the current need of the organization and act accordingly.

Tuesday & Thursday - work from Office, rest work from Home.
