• Talent Strategy planning
• Performance Management System and Training Development (Employee engagement activities, Rewards Recognition)
• Succession planning
• Employee Grievances
Requirements
• Excellent communication Interpersonal skills
• Be presentative, expressive and negotiation skills
• Good command over MS Office, advanced Excel skills like formulas, functions, and Pivot table etc.
• Keep updated with new HR Technology tools to support engagement, wellness, recognition etc.
