HR Business Partner - Employee Relations
IndiGo is looking for an ER/IR Professional to join their Human Resources team. In this critical role, you'll develop and implement robust employee relations strategies, ensuring a harmonious and union-free work environment, and manage all compliance and legal inspections.
Responsibilities
• Develop Employee Relations strategies that foster a positive work environment and align with organizational goals.
• Conduct thorough studies to ensure a union-free environment and prevent work stoppages.
• Implement preventive actions to avoid potential issues and formulate policies in discussion with management.
• Manage compliance and legal inspections, liaising with government officials.
• Stay up-to-date with labor laws, arbitration decisions, and court rulings.
• Establish Grievance/Dispute resolution mechanisms to address employee issues.
• Lead investigations and disciplinary processes with fairness and adherence to policy.
