HR Business Partner

A CRG client in the Triad area is searching for a HR Business Partner to join their team! They are leading international manufacturer and supplier of furniture fittings and architectural hardware, serving both residential and commercial markets. The HR Business Partner serves as a human resources liaison to employees and managers regarding employment related matters, as well as administering the Leave of Absence management protocols.

Opportunity: Contract-to-Hire

Pay: $38.00-$40.00/hour

• Conversion salary of ~$85,000 + 4% bonus

Location: High Point, NC - 100% on site

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or business-related field

• 3+ years of experience, with a focus on employee relations

• Working knowledge MS Office, ATS, and HRIS systems (UKG or UltiPro a plus)

• PHR or SPHR Certifications preferred
