What you’ll do
The candidate should have had at least 3 - 7 years of work experience as Business HR partner preferably in a BPM environment.
Support end to end HR service delivery.
Employee Confirmation, Performance Management and Appraisals.
Attrition Management and retention
Manage all the documentation related to the employees that includes employee files, promotion/appraisal documents, statutory documents and exit documents.
Employee Grievance management
Flexible to work in shifts.
