Requirements & Qualifications:-
A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years’ experience in HR leadership within a large multinational landscape.
A firm grasp of global human resource legislation and a sharp eye for implementing compliant, effective policies.
Strong influential skills, with a history of shaping company culture and driving substantial business outcomes through people strategy.
Adept at managing a multitude of HR functions, from talent management to employee relations.
Exceptional communication abilities with a focus on fostering a cohesive, collaborative environment.
