Description
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven HR Business Partner to align our HR initiatives and functions with business objectives and business needs. Your experience in human resources management will aid our organisation in adding value to overall business objectives, providing HR solutions, resolving personnel grievances, retaining a talented workforce, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Responsibilities:
• Develop HR strategies, policies, and practices
• Structure compensation and benefit packages
• Analyse trends and metrics in partnership with the HR group to develop solutions, programs and policies
• Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (like coaching, counselling, career development, disciplinary actions)
• Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
• Provide guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning
• Participate in evaluation and monitoring of training programs to ensure success. Follow up to ensure training objectives are met.
• Engage with heads of various departments
• Work closely with RMG & Hiring Team for proper planning of Resource requirements
Requirements:
• 3 to 8 years of relevant experience in the similar role. Fresher's with full-time MBA from premier B Schools can also apply
• Solid experience with HR practices and employee management, understanding of business functions, good communication & interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and good organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable laws, guidelines, regulations, ordinances, and policies.
• Ability to acquire a thorough understanding of the organisation's hierarchy, jobs, qualifications, compensation practices, and the administrative practices related to those factors
