Job description
We are looking for smart and efficient female HR Assistant with expertise Employment and placements for technical staffing.
• Should have minimum 1 year experience in hiring role
• Should be well versed with English and Hindi languages
• Ability to understand requirements and search relevant resumes from existing Database, Job Portals, Professional and Social networking sites etc. to maintain a continuous flow of qualified candidates.
• Screening & Selection of candidates through telephonic conversation.
• Scheduling coordinating the shortlisted candidates for interviews
• Ability to Co-ordinate with companies during the Recruitment & Selection process.
• Follow-up with the offered candidates till they join and post joining follow-up
• Status Report & Maintain MIS periodically
• Maintain interview tracker of day to day recruiting activities.
• Possess good knowledge and hand on experience on MS Office.
• Build networks to find qualified candidates through pipeline.
• Should be able to act as TPO for our students in academy for placements

Role Overview:
The HR Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies that drive business results and support the organization's mission and objectives. This includes leading the recruitment process, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Key Areas of Focus:
• Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent and build a diverse and inclusive workforce
• Employee Relations: Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting open communication, addressing employee concerns, and resolving workplace conflicts
• Performance Management: Design and oversee performance appraisal systems that align with organizational goals and employee development
• Training and Development: Identify training needs and implement effective learning and development programs to enhance workforce capability
Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role

• Proven leadership and team management abilities

• Hands-on experience with HRMS/HRIS tools and systems
