HR Business Partnership Professional
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team in the Healthcare Business Unit.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic business partnering, employee engagement, and performance management across the business unit.
This role will involve working closely with leadership to understand business objectives and priorities, as well as implementing HR-related policies and processes for employee changes such as new hires and terminations.
In addition, the HRBP will facilitate the setting of Key Result Areas (KRAs) for employees, manage the performance appraisal process, and coordinate with the Learning & Development team to identify training needs and organize developmental programs.
