THE ROLE
Reporting to the Head of Total Rewards, you are part of the Compensation and Benefits, supporting the global execution of Temenos Total Rewards Strategy. Successful candidates will be analytical and detail oriented, have strong excel modeling and communication skills, be quickly adaptable to new concepts and situations and be comfortable with working independently and interacting with employees at all levels across the globe.
OPPORTUNITIES
Support the implementation of Total Rewards processes to ensure execution of Total Rewards strategy and policies.
Complete in-depth analysis on reward programs; conducts research, analyses data and identifies trends across Total Rewards programs.
Focus on providing compensation consultation to relevant stakeholders, leverage central practices and tools to foster and drive for an alignment with global and regional strategies and business requirements while understanding and advocating for locally relevant market conditions and practices.
Analyze benchmarking information to assess current market positioning and to support the annual review of competitive pay ranges, bonus targets and market competitiveness of benefit programs.
Collaborate with outside vendors, such as salary benchmark providers and benefits vendors.
Work closely with the People Business Partner team, Business leads, Talent Acquisition team and relevant stakeholders to build up and implement insightful reports and dashboard systems.
Perform and assist in the planning, modeling, administration and processing of the mid- year and annual compensation process.
Maintain and administer the databases.
SKILLS
Minimum 6 years in a compensation-related role in a multinational environment.
A proven ability to effectively design and manage compensation programs.
Strong work ethic, ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.
Strong quantitative and analytical reasoning, attention to detail with a critical thinking.
Exceptional organization skills, ability to work independently and as a team player with all levels.
Excellent written and oral English communication skills with the ability to translate complex topics to employee-friendly language.
Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint, including moderate to complex modelling and analysis.
Independent, proactive, can-do attitude and behavior, problem solver and able to manage complex challenges, identify solutions and implement them
