We're offering this role at vice president level for a period of nine months
What you'll do
As an HR Consultant, you’ll provide specialist HR advice and guidance to help us achieve our strategic objectives and share insights and best practices across the HR team to encourage innovation and collaboration.
We’ll look to you to consult with business and HR stakeholders to lead the successful delivery of HR products, processes and propositions to our colleagues in support of bank-wide and individual business strategies and people plans.
Your top priorities will include:
Collaborating with stakeholders, peers and project teams to successfully deliver outcomes that improve colleague experiences and customer services
Understanding the internal and external context of HR activities to develop commercially-focused and fit for purpose initiatives
Utilising key metrics and people insights to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations to successfully lead on delivering aspects of our strategy and people plans
Partnering with experts and senior stakeholders to support the decision-making on the redesign of HR products, processes and propositions
The skills you'll need
You'll need at least 10 years' experience, consultancy skills and an understanding of how to use project management tools and methodologies.
In addition, you’ll need knowledge of relevant regulations, policies and employment legislation that's applicable to the jurisdictions that the projects operate within.
Furthermore, you'll need:
A proven ability to interpret data and identify trends and insights
A good commercial acumen with a focus on the customer
Excellent communication and presentation skills
The ability to manage and influence senior stakeholders
