We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of HR Consultant-Behaviour Science Specialist
What you’ll do:
Who you will be working with?
As a Global HR Consultant you will work closely with key stakeholders in the WPB ecosystem including –
Business leaders and CXOs, Global Heads of HR – For prioritizing and planning strategic people priorities
Global CoEs and capability centers (Ex. Talent and Learning) – For designing programs and projects
Regional HRBPs and HR Advisors – For ensuring local level execution and implementation of programs
The HR Consultant will also get opportunities to work with external consultants to help design pragmatic solutions

The role is part of the larger Global HR Consulting team for Wealth and Personal Banking. The team is enabling the business achieve the below people outcomes:
Organic growth in Asian wealth markets, International corridors and inorganic growth

In the short term, this role will focus on leveraging behavioral sciences for culture transformation and related organizational change initiatives. To do so the Global HR consultant will deliver and focus on the following areas (not limited to)
Study internal and external market trends to bring to life insights on behaviors and decisions
Enable the change towards implementation of a “Customer Centric Culture” by:
Enabling vision of end state customer centric culture
Define the sub-pillars of customer centric culture
Identify and diagnose the gap to target model
Drive and co-creating potential designs, solutions and frameworks for culture transformation
Formulate program delivery plans to execute the solutions
Proactively managing program delivery by balancing scope, schedule, risks and inter-dependencies
Leverage new concepts such as (not limited to)
Design thinking
Data analytics
Behavioral sciences and decision making
Experimental design
to effectively manage organization change
Requirements
What you will need to succeed in the role:
You have experience in driving initiatives related to culture transformation, organisational change
You deep knowledge of organisation psychology and organisation behavioural concepts and are interested in
