Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and manage daily office, administrative, and operational activities.

Act as the central point of contact between management, staff, clients, and external partners.

Assist in planning, implementing, and monitoring business strategies to achieve organizational goals.

Organize meetings, prepare reports, and maintain accurate records.

Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting.

Handle correspondence, documentation, and scheduling with efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (preferred).

Strong organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Business-minded with problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and business software/tools.
