Roles & Responsibilities
Manage and support end-to-end recruitment including sourcing through multiple channels, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, maintaining hiring trackers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience across roles and locations.
Coordinate onboarding and employee documentation processes including offer roll-outs, document verification, induction support, HRIS updates, and ensuring smooth joining formalities.
Oversee employee lifecycle activities such as attendance tracking, leave management, payroll input coordination, probation and confirmation tracking, exit formalities, and serving as the first point of contact for HR-related queries.
Maintain accurate HR records and databases while supporting policy implementation, compliance documentation, SOP development, and process standardization across departments and locations.
Contribute to employee engagement and retention initiatives by assisting in feedback collection, engagement activities, grievance support, and internal communication efforts.
Conduct HR research and analytical projects including compensation benchmarking, hiring trend analysis, HR tool evaluation, and preparation of structured HR dashboards covering metrics such as hiring efficiency, attrition, and cost per hire.
Support employer branding and HR marketing initiatives through social media hiring campaigns, campus outreach, talent pipeline development, and process improvement projects aimed at strengthening organizational HR practices.
Eligibility & Skills
Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (HR) preferred
Strong communication and coordination skills
High ownership and accountability
Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
Analytical and research mindset
Ability to work in a fast-paced, multi-location setup
Experience: 0-2 Years (Experienced Individuals Preferred)
Stipend: 6-8k/Month

Pre-Placement Offer/Full-Time conversion available based on Internship Performance
