The applicant must be an excellent communicator, negotiator and most importantly passionate about the wedding planning and event domain.
Production Executive Responsibility & Duties:
· Helping people to understand the job role being advertised.
· Providing the correct objectives and guidance needed for the people who take on the work.
· Ensuring consistency in performance for people who take on the job.
· Hiring & Recruitment for the team
· Tasks allocation & Daily Progress Check
· Planning, coordinating, and supervising the employment of new employees
· Assisting the director with any other tasks and meetings.
Key Skills Required
· HR knowledge and expertise.
· Good presentation skills.
· Multitasking.
· Leadership ability.
· Management skills.
· Motivation.
Experience and Qualification Required:
•Experience of 2 years of Working in Hospitality domain or in Event Operations.
