HR Data Entry Assistant

30.4 hrs per week, 6-month contract with potential to extend
Immediate Start, West Perth location on Red Cat line

About the role
Due to business changes and project work arising we have a newly created opportunity available. This role will provide speedy and arcuate data entry, document validation, filing and administrative support to ensure effective workflows across the employee lifecycle. With some entry level customer service this role is perfect for someone keen to kickstart their HR career and build a strong foundation of knowledge and skills.
Our team is hard working, dedicated and each of us take ownership of our learning & growth, the work we deliver, and are always looking for ways to add value to the team. This role is not for you if you are someone who likes to sit back, work slowly or just do the bare minimum! We are proud of what we do and we’re looking for someone who wants to jump in, roll up their sleeves, bring solutions and ideas to achieve with us.
About you
Along with a sense of urgency and initiative to quickly develop confidence in your role, you’ll have great communication skills and understand the need to be professional yet relatable. With energy and focus you’ll be reliable, take pride in your work and be looking for a role to grown in. Your experience will include:
HR qualifications or studying towards
Experience in data entry, administration or a similar with excellent attention to detail
Strong skills across Microsoft Office suite, and the ability to quickly pick up new systems
A track record of bringing ideas, solutions and actively pitching in to achieve team goals
Demonstrated motivation to proactively drive your own learning with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
National Police Clearance (obtained within the last six months)
Study or Work Holiday Visa holders are welcome to apply
