Key Responsibilities

• We are seeking a skilled HR Executive to lead the development and implementation of HR strategies that drive business results.

• This role will involve collecting, analyzing, and interpreting HR data from various sources, including HRIS, payroll systems, and employee surveys.

• The selected candidate will generate regular HR reports and dashboards to provide insights into key HR metrics such as turnover rates, recruitment effectiveness, and employee engagement.

• In addition, they will develop and maintain HR data models and databases to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security.

• The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills and be able to identify trends and patterns in HR data, providing recommendations to improve HR policies, processes, and initiatives.

• They will also collaborate with HR teams to understand reporting requirements and develop customized reports to meet their needs.

• Furthermore, this role involves conducting ad-hoc data analysis and reporting requests from HR leadership and other stakeholders.

• Assistance in implementing and integrating new HRIS platforms and software applications is also expected.

• The successful candidate will provide training and support to HR staff on HRIS usage, data entry, and report generation.

• Finally, they will stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in HR data management, analytics, and technology.
