Position Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic HR Development Assistant to join our HR team. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about human resources and interested in supporting various aspects of HR development, including training, performance management, and employee development programs.
Key Responsibilities:
• Training & Development Support:
• Assist in organizing and coordinating training programs, workshops, and seminars.
• Help develop training materials and resources.
• Track and report on training attendance and feedback.
• Performance Management:
• Support the performance review process by maintaining records and scheduling review meetings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of performance improvement plans.
• Employee Development:
• Help identify employee development needs and assist in designing relevant programs.
• Support mentoring and coaching initiatives.
• HR Administration:
• Provide administrative support to the HR development team, including managing schedules, preparing reports, and handling correspondence.
• HR Reporting:
• Generate reports on training and development activities, employee performance metrics, and other related HR data.
• Compliance Support:
• Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and labor laws related to employee development and training.
• Employee Engagement:
• Help organize employee engagement activities and initiatives to enhance workplace culture.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with HR team members and other departments to support overall HR development objectives and contribute to a positive work environment.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field.
• Strong interest in human resources and employee development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with HR software is a plus.
• A proactive and eager-to-learn attitude.
