About the Role:

This internship provides an opportunity to gain practical experience in HR, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating with candidates.

Responsibilities:

• IDentifying Hiring Needs: Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business requirements

• Sourcing Candidates: Utilize online platforms to find qualified candidates

• Screening Resumes: Assist in reviewing resumes and conducting interviews

• Supporting Interviews: Coordinate interview schedules and provide logistical support

• Documenting Recruitment: Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities

• Developing HR Strategies: Contribute to the development of HR initiatives and policies

• Policies and Procedures: Provide guidance on organizational policies and procedures

• Job Advertising: Create and post job advertisements, manage hiring pipelines

• Onboarding Employees: Design and implement effective onboarding programs

• Performance Management: Support employee training and performance management processes
