Description
We are looking for a passionate HR Director APAC who can serve as a coach and guide on all people-related matters. This role requires a high degree of interaction with senior managers, developing excellent relationships across the organization, working closely with our central functions to improve existing processes and procedures, and providing consultancy support and advice that will enable the business to achieve its strategic and commercial goals.
This position is responsible from India, Bangladesh, Cambodia, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Pakistan. It reports to the VP of HR, based in Dubai.

• Partner with the business to lead performance management and talent development across the region
• Manage, coach, and collaborate with Regional HR Manager
• Support with standardization and automatization to scale our function
• Analysing trends/NPS of team engagement survey to effectively implement solutions resulting in reaching the NPS target of the year
• Have an effective talent management strategy (career progression, career development) to retain key talent
• Work with employee groups to assess, create and implement innovative solutions for a variety of employee engagement initiatives
• Establish some best in industry practices in compensation, learning initiatives, culture interventions, talent acquisition etc
• Maintain in depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Be the advocate of the employees, balance with company's interests and champion our values
Candidate Requirements
• Similar senior level HR experience with majority in a regional role
• Experience and knowledge in start-up and/or multinational tech companies is preferred
• Excellent understanding of HR programs including compensation, performance management, and leadership development
• Understanding of various employment laws across APAC and their impact on HR matters
• Proven track record of delivering measurable results in a fast paced environment
• Excellent influencing skills at all levels in the organization and flexibility to be proactive in a fast-paced, ever changing environment
• Proficiency in making timely, effective, decisions that are aligned with business needs and company values
• Demonstrated ability to partner / collaborate within and outside of HR
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, additional languages will be an advantage
