Robert Half is excited to announce an opportunity for an experienced HR Director to join our client's thriving team in the heart of Philadelphia. In this pivotal HR Director role, you'll steer the helm of extensive HR operations such as talent scouting, recruitment, team development, and training. Additionally, you'll blaze trails by pioneering initiatives that underscore the significance of diversity, equity, inclusion, and a sense of belonging in the workplace.

Responsibilities
• Manage the full cycle of recruitment, talent sourcing, planning for succession, and initiatives related to human resources.
• Implement employee benefits programs, promoting recognition and usage to enhance overall employee welfare.
• Actively recognize staff and faculty recruitment needs and assist in creating high-performing teams.
• Offer advice regarding the interpretation of rules, regulations, and policies affecting the workforce.
• Persistently search for methods to improve HRIS system(s) for the best user experience.

Requirements

The ideal HR Director candidate should have a Bachelor's Human Resources, Business Administration, Employee Relations, or related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, PHR) preferred.

Other requirements for the HR Director position include and are not limited to:
