Key Responsibilities:

πŸ”Ή Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

Handle end-to-end recruitment for various roles across departments – from sourcing and screening to final onboarding.

Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring needs and ensure timely closures.

Build a local talent pipeline through job portals, references, and local hiring drives.

πŸ”Ή Employee Life Cycle Management

Oversee joining formalities, background verification, confirmation process, and employee exits.

Conduct structured inductions and ensure smooth onboarding for new employees.

πŸ”Ή Employee Engagement & Grievance Handling

Drive initiatives to boost morale and employee satisfaction.

Be the go-to person for resolving employee concerns with professionalism and empathy.

πŸ”Ή Attendance, Leave & Payroll Support

Maintain attendance records, manage leave systems, and coordinate with the accounts team on payroll inputs.

πŸ”Ή HR Compliance & Documentation

Maintain all employee records and ensure adherence to labor laws and internal policies.

Support audits and ensure up-to-date documentation.

πŸ”Ή Performance Management

Assist in goal setting, mid-year reviews, and annual appraisals.

Facilitate feedback sessions and performance improvement plans when required.

πŸ”Ή Training & Development

Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs to improve employee performance.

πŸ”Ή Internal Communication

Ensure effective communication between management and employees.

Prepare and circulate HR updates, notices, and reports.

You Are Someone Who:

βœ”οΈ Has excellent communication skills in English, Gujarati, and Hindi.

βœ”οΈ Is highly stable, responsible, and committed to long-term growth.

βœ”οΈ Has experience managing large teams (100+ members).

βœ”οΈ Brings hands-on experience in both HR operations and recruitment.

βœ”οΈ Thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and people-driven environment.
