HR Executive (Oneconnectify LLP): Part Time: Work from home
Position: HR Executive (Female preferred)
Location: Remote / Work from Home
Employment type: Part-time (4 hours/day), Mon–Sat
Shifts (choose one): 9:30 AM–2:00 PM OR 1:30 PM–6:00 PM
Age: 22–35 years
Education: Graduate/MBA/HR stream
Experience: Minimum 1 year in HR / recruitment / operations
Salary & Benefits
Starting: ₹6,000 / month (Mon–Sat) + incentives (up to 50% on sales generated)
Probation: First 3 months (performance review at end of probation)
Post-probation: On satisfactory performance salary raised to ₹10,000 / month
Role overview
You’ll run end-to-end HR sourcing and onboarding while supporting vendor outreach, daily communications, and product listing & training videos for vendors. Strong communication, organization, and basic content creation skills required.
Key responsibilities
A. Core HR / Team Building
Prepare job requirement templates (age, salary, JD, location, qualification).
Create and publish recruitment flyers using official Canva assets after approval.
Post hires across social media, job portals, university boards and news feeds.
Collect applicant data, send standardized WhatsApp & welcome emails.
Provide candidate briefing about Oneconnectify before interviews.
Conduct shortlisting and manage 3 rounds of interviews.
Draft and send offer letters; manage KPA/KRA signing.
Design employee policies: incentives, promotion, demotion, removal, attendance, salary release — align with humane, fair standards.
B. Vendor Outreach
Make ~50 vendor calls daily for onboarding, follow-up and relationship management.
C. Daily Communications
Send daily emails (vendor follow-ups, interview schedules, internal updates).
D. Product Listing & Training Video
List minimum 10 products daily, including short training/intro videos for vendors (self-created or guided).
Create simple video content that explains listing steps, product features, or vendor training.Skills & qualities
Good command of written & spoken English (and local language where needed)
Comfortable with email, Canva, simple video recording (phone)
Organized, punctual, empathetic, process-driven
Basic MS Office / Google Sheets for attendance & tracking
