CTC Offered: 3.5 LPAKey Responsibilities:
Manage blue-collar recruitment by sourcing candidates directly and by coordinating with third-party recruitment agencies for specific positions.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, and maintain HR records through Zoho People.
Support performance management and appraisal processes.
Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies as required.
Ensure statutory compliance including Employees' Provident Fund Organization and Employees' State Insurance Corporation.
Maintain asset inventory including allocation and tracking of company laptops and IT assets.
Work closely with top-level management on HR operations and manpower planning.
Maintain employee insurance records and support insurance-related processes.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,811.28 - ₹33,109.20 per month
