About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team. This internship will provide hands-on experience in Human Resource practices, processes, and employee engagement. You will support the HR team in daily operations and gain exposure to the complete employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews).
Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires.
Maintain HR databases, employee records, and documentation.
Help in drafting job descriptions and posting jobs on portals.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and HR events.
Assist in preparing HR reports, presentations, and policies.
Provide general administrative support to the HR department.
Skills & Qualifications:
Pursuing/completed Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Management, or related field.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
