We are looking for skilled Human Recourses - Executive who will recruit, support and develop talent through developing policies and managing procedures. You will be responsible for administrative tasks and you'll contribute to making the company a better place to work.

What you will do:
Posting job openings on various job sites for sourcing
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Screening candidates at the initial stages
Conduct initial phone screens
Schedule calls and interviews
Manage the calendar for all hiring teams and candidates
Communicate with candidates promptly and assist them when they come in for interviews
Supporting and guiding HR management and staff for better organizational development
Administrating human resources procedures
Preparing internal employee communications regarding attendance

Graduation in any stream
