End to end recruitment
Sourcing candidates and initial screening the candidates from job portals as per the business requirement within TAT
Co-ordination with stake holders and departments for scheduling interviews
Collation of necessary documents, salary negotiation and offer letter generation
Assistance in conducting the joining formalities
Desired Candidate Profile
Good verbal and written communication skills
MBA (HR) is mandatory
