Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Dum Dum, Kolkata

Salary: INR 12,000 - INR 18,000

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall administration of our human resources department, including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, coordination, and interview alignments.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with local laws and regulations
• Coordinate recruitment and selection processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and conducting background checks
• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and conflict resolution
• Manage employee files and maintain accurate HR records

Requirements:
• Proven work experience as an HR Executive or similar role
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office, HRIS, and applicant tracking systems
