a) Act as a single point of contact for all recruitment related queries (except nursing) from all departments & convey them to follow all necessary HR formalities required for manpower recruitment.

b) Ensuring that day to day recruitment records are maintained as per the policies and procedures.

c) Ensuring optimum level of manpower (quantitative and qualitative) is maintained at all times in departments in co-ordination with departmental HOD & Manager HR.

d) Maintain recruitment status of all departments against vacancies available in each department & ideal requirement for smooth functioning of that department.

e) Source candidates from various available sources & generate new sources of recruitment by co-coordinating with external agencies.

f) Carryout primary negotiations for recruitment with external agencies (consultancies).

g) Coordinate with different colleges for campus placements & make necessary arrangements for same.

h) Line-up candidates for interviews in co-ordination with respective HODs / in-charges in department.

i) Coordinate interviews with HODs / in-charges. Get proper documentation filled from employees & also make sure all necessary requirements are filled during interview process.

j) ******** candidate about selection /rejection either verbally or through mail.

k) Coordinate with candidate for pre-employment medical checkup (PEMC) & get the process done.
