EXPERIENCE:- 3yrs to 4yrs

LOCATION:- New Delhi (work from office)

Role: - Contractual Role.

Key Responsibilities
• Induction Training
• Taking feedback from the employees during on-going training batches and post training over telephone online forms.
• Taking feedback from Reporting Manager about the training over telephone online forms
• Entry and Exit Engagement Callings.
• Doing RCA basis, the entry and exit calling data
• Doing TNI with existing employees over call.
• Responsible for managing various MIS.
• Coordinate on-boarding activities of selected candidates. (Joining formalities, induction etc.)

To be successful in the HR role you are required to have:
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask.
• Excellent time and work management skills, ability to prioritize, attention to detail and ability to meet established deadlines.
• Excellent written and verbal communication strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability of stakeholder management.
• Proficiency in MS office, power point and data management
