Job Title: HR Executive

Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced HR Executive to join our team in Ahmedabad. The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting the HR department in various aspects, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and compliance with HR policies and procedures. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be detail-oriented, and have the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and scheduling interviews
Conduct interviews and reference checks
Process new hire paperwork and conduct new hire orientations
Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Assist in performance management activities, including employee evaluations and goal setting
Ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures, including maintaining employee files and records
Provide support to employees and managers on HR-related matters
Assist in the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
2+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on recruitment and employee relations
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented and able to work independently
Knowledge of HR policies and procedures
Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS software
